| This is my third school year at Rountree. My nursing career began in 1999 after graduating from Brookhaven College. I have provided nursing care for both adults and children at Baylor University Medical Center, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and various community settings. I became interested in school nursing while working in public health. Always striving to be a lifelong learner, I obtained my BSN from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2009. My husband and I have twin boys in high school and a daughter in middle school. When we aren't cycling or enjoying our local parks, we are likely to be found tending our vegetable garden. I am always happy to answer any questions you might have about student health or to help connect you with health resources. Please notify me of any health issues that might affect a student's school success and always remember to send updated copies of immunization records anytime your child receives immunizations.
