You are responsible for having them with you at each meeting, correctly documented on the NJHS service hour form (see below). If you do not have them, you can be placed on probation! If you are absent from school on the day of a meeting, it is your responsibility to turn in your service hours to Mr. Shaw or Mrs. Burwitz, on the day you return.
