Blogging Our Book Talks
This year, students will have an opportunity to participate in online book talks with students in their grade level.  Often students want to know what the other blocks think of the book but do not have an opportunity to have a formal book talk.  By creating an online blog, students from the entire grade level can post comments, reviews, and discuss the book with one another.  The goal of online book talks is to foster student’s love of reading using the ever-growing technology of blogging. 

 

To participate in the online book talks, students must have an active email address (no passwords required).  There are two options:

1.     Students may use their guardians’ email address with their permission

2.     Students may use their own email address (or we can supply the students with a generic email to use for posts)

 

All posts will be approved by the teacher before they are posted online.
 
To comment on our books, click the title of the book (located on the left) you want to comment on.  Only post first name and last inital when making comments.
