I have twenty-three years of teacing experience. This is my seventh year to teach in Allen. I have taught the following grades and subjects at least one year each: first, second, fourth, sixth, seventh, eighth, Special Education, Art, English as a Second Language, Writing, Social Studies and Gifted/Talented (only 1/2 yr. so far). To tell you a little bit about myself, I am a life long Texan. I have a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Texas A & M University. My husband and I live in Rockwall and we have two daughters. Casey, our oldest, is in graduate school at the University of Southern New Hampshire. Our youngest daughter, Jordan, is a senior at Texas A & M University. Like most families, our family stays very busy. We love seeing movies and cooking together. Right now, we are remodling our kitchen. Like that isn't enough, we have two cats and a bunny, Your children will probably come home with interesting stories about our two crazy cats, Psycho and Terrorist. (The cats' real names have been changed to protect the guilty!) Keebler, the bunny, just tries to stay out of pouncing range. |
