Welcome to sixth grade science. This year we will cover earth science, life science and physical science. Some of the topics we will explore are chemistry, energy, force and motion, earth's layers, rocks and minerals, organisms, ecosystems and our solar system.

This year will be my 20th year to teach, fourteen of those years have been in Allen. I have taught 4th, 7th and 9th graders, but 6th graders are my favorite.

I am a graduate of Northern Illinois University. GO HUSKY'S! I have lived in Allen for 29 years. My husband and I have two children, our daughter Jordan just graduated from Texas Lutheran University and our son Christopher will be attending TSTC this year. In my spare time I like to read, knit and walk. We also enjoy camping in our RV. Our four miniature schnauzers accompany me on my walks each day and love to camp with us.
