Welcome to kindergarten! I'm excited to spend the year with you. This will be my seventh year at Marion, but my twelfth year of teaching. I have taught grades kindergarten through second grades. The last nine years have been in kindergarten.

I received my Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, and my Master's degree from Texas Woman's University.

I live in Lost Creek with my husband, Jimmy, and my kids, Haley, Hannah, and Jack. I also have 2 dogs and 2 cats. It’s often crazy at my house!

My favorite thing to do is read. I love books of all kinds. I think one of the most important things to do in kindergarten is to HAVE FUN while learning!
