Welcome!  It's excitingto be back to school again.  This year is going to be amazing!  A new class, new classroom, fresh paint and carpet..what could be better?
 
This will be my eleventh year in teaching second grade.  I graduated high school from McKinney and graduated college from the Univeristy of North Texas.
 
I live with my husband Will, our two-4 year old twin boys (Cash and Cannon) in the small town of Van Alstyne. They are the light of my life and there's never a dull moment in our household with those boys! Oh, and we have a very fat, lazy cat named Chester who's always getting in trouble for some reason.  I'm sure you'll hear some of the "Chester Tales."  Between my boys and Chester, I always have something to write about during Writer's Workshop.
