Mrs. Dentler's Fifth Grade Class

I grew up in Victoria, Texas. In 1992, I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. This is my seventeenth year to teach. The first three years I taught in Alief ISD in Houston, Texas in fifth and second grade. In 1995, I began teaching in Allen ISD. I taught fifth grade for two years at Reed Elementary. After that, I taught 8 wonderful years of fifth grade at Anderson Elementary. This is my fourth exciting year as part of the Boon Patriots team. I was fortunate to have had an opportunity to teach 3rd grade during our first year here at Boon. This will be my 3rd year in 5th grade at Boon!!

PESS Statement: As an educator, I will encourage every student to become a successful, life-long learner who believes they can accomplish anything they set their mind to.

I am thrilled to be sharing another year of learning with my students as we make history and traditions together!
