Family Access

Back to school online forms are now ready to be completed for the 2011-2012 school year! It is important to have these forms completed as soon as possible so that we start the school year off with the most up to date information on your child. Click here for the Family Access portal. The opening screen should say Start Registration for (child’s name).

Once you have completed the forms, you should receive an email from do.not.reply@allenisd.org for each child. If you have multiple children in Allen ISD, please make sure and choose each child from the drop down box and complete & save the forms. If your child has a medical condition the school needs to be aware of please contact Nurse Anna directly so that she may update her records. Please contact Ashley Kies in the Story office with questions regarding the back to school forms.
