Fitnessgram:

Fitnessgram report cards will not be sent home with your child unless a written request is submitted. You may submit a request through e-mail to : jinger_bibbee@allenisd.org or send a hand written note. Request must be made no later than Monday, May 2oth.

Fitnessgram testing for all students in grades 3rd-6th grade will begin Monday, March 25th during your child's regular PE classes. Testing takes about three weeks (6 class periods) to complete. Every child will be tested unless an injury accompanied by a doctor's note prevents them from participation.

Cardiovascular Endurance - PACER running test

Sit-ups

Push-ups

Flexibility - sit-n-reach, trunk lift
