Federal Report Card Data
Section 1111(h)(2) of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) requires that each district receiving Title I, Part A funding disseminate specific district and campus level data to all district campuses and parents of all enrolled students, as well as making the information widely available through public means.
The following data is included in the Federal Report cards, to be made available for the district and each campus:
- Student Achievement by Proficiency Level
Provides STAAR performance results for all students tested in each subject area and grade level tested
- Student Achievement and State Academic Annual Measureable Objectives (AMOs)
Provides STAAR performance results for each subject area tested, four-year and five-year graduation rates, and participation rates for STAAR reading/English and mathematics
- Priority and Focus Schools
Identifies priority (lowest 5% of Title I schools) and focus (lowest 10% of Title I schools) campuses in the district
Note: Allen ISD has no priority or focus schools.
- Teacher Quality Data
Provides information on Highly Qualified Teacher status
- Graduates Enrolled in Texas Institution of Higher Education (IHE)
Provides percentage of students who enroll and begin instruction at an institution of higher education in the school year (fall or spring semester) following high school graduation
- Statewide National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Results
Provides the most recent NAEP results for Texas, including reading and mathematics performance and participation data, disaggregated by student group.
