Please call 972-727-0590 to schedule an appointment to register your child.
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) will need to come by the school and pick up an enrollment packet to be completed prior to your scheduled appointment time/date.
In addition to completing the enrollment packet, parent(s)/guardian(s) will need to provide the following documentation at their scheduled appointment time/date:
Birth Certificate, Hospital Birth Record or Valid Passport
Social Security Number
Immunization Records *Immunizations must be current per the guidelines set forth bu the State of Texas for enrollment.
Valid Picture ID of Parent/Guardian Enrolling Student
(2) Proof of Residency within school's attendance boundaries:
Current Voter Registration Card
Current Utility Bill (gas, water, electric, or land-line telephone), one only
Lease Agreement
Contract of sale or lease agreement in the parrent's/guardian's name showing an address within the District boundaries
