The Allen Cross Country Season will showcase a lot of young talent this year as we work to get into shape and reach personal goals. We also have many seasoned veterans who have stepped up and become leaders. The athletes have been making significant strides in their endurance since we started training together. We are strong when it comes to actual speed and when the endurance reaches the level of speed we already have, we are going to be unstoppable.
