Cindy Blair, the principal of Kerr Elementary from 2000-2005, is the first principal of Chandler Elementary School. She taught at Anderson Elementary during the school's opening year before being named assistant principal at Norton Elementary. A native of Aspermont, Texas, Mrs. Blair earned her MS in educational administration from Baylor University in 1995. She completed international studies in China and Hong Kong.
Mrs. Blair has two children who share the same birthday five years apart! She and her husband Steve have two miniature dachsunds. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, traveling and cooking.
