Step 1: Cut off the handles.

Step 2: Cut along the side seams of the bag making one long piece of plastic.

Step 3: Cut into 4 inch strips.

Step 4: Take 3 strips and knot them together about 5 inches from the top.

Step 5: Braid the 3 strips tightly.

Step 6: When you reach the end, tape 3 more stips to the ends and braid some more!

Step 7: Continue adding strips until your rope is the right length.

Step 8: Knot the end leaving 5 inches at the end.

Step 9: Go jumping!
