Hospitality and Culinary Arts Program Progression:
8^th and 9^th Grade: Principles of Hospitality
9^th and 10^th Grade: Restaurant Management and Hotel Management
10^th and 11^th Grade: Culinary 1 or Hospitality Services
11^th and 12^th Grade: Practicum in Culinary or Practicum in Hospitality

Blu is not a dining option for AHS Students.
