    8th and 9th Grade: Principles of Hospitality
    9th and 10th Grade: Restaurant Management and Hotel Management
    10th and 11th Grade: Culinary 1 or Hospitality Services
    11th and 12th Grade: Practicum in Culinary or Practicum in Hospitality
