Can I retrieve my login & password to Family Access even if I have never logged in?

Yes, if you have provided a current email address to your student’s school follow these steps:
  1. Choose “Forgot Your Login or Password?”
  2. Type in the email address that you  provided and choose submit. An email will be sent to the email address you provided with your login and directions on how to reset your password. 

If you receive an error message “No Matching Email Account Can Be Found”, you will need to contact your student’s campus to receive access.

If you have not received an email within 5-10 minutes, check your junk mail/SPAM folders in your email inbox.
 
How do I get a login?
If you do not receive an email, contact the Family Access contact at your student's school.
 
I have forgotten my username and/or lost my password, what should I do?
If you have entered your email address into the system, you can click on the Forgot your login or password? link on the login screen and retreive your information.  If you have not provided your email address, you will need to go to your student's school to obtain this.  You must show a picture ID to receive the information.
 
Can I change my login name?
Yes, once you have logged in, choose Account Info at the top of your screen.  You can choose to change your Login by choosing the appropriate button.
 
How do I update my email address?
Login to Family Access.  Choose Account Info at the top of your screen.  Then choose Change My Email. 
 
I have a 2nd grade student and I cannot view his/her class assignments & grades in Family Access, what am I doing wrong?
 
At this time, you will only be able to view 3rd through 12th grade level student's class assignments & grades.  You will however, be able to view your child's report card.
