Teaching the "joy of music" to children is what I do each day. I want every child to feel comfortable with his/her singing voice, and to learn basic music skills. We play a variety of instruments during class, and this reinforces numerous musical concepts. Playing the recorders in the 4th and 5th grade is one of my very favorite activities! By providing a nurturing, musically enriching environment, I desire to foster a love for music in every child.

- Have taught at Norton since 2001
- Kodaly Certification Level I
- Bell Ringer Award recipient
- PTA Lifetime member
- Norton "Teacher of the Year"(2006-07)
- Happily married with 3 wonderful teenagers, ages 19,15,and 14
