| Welcome to World Geography. This course is a survey course of the entire globe. We will be studying every continent. We will learn about the 5 major religions, the different peoples, cultures, major countries, cities, climates, and land formations. The time frame and the large amount of material to cover causes us to move quickly. We will have one major project each semester. I will require the student to do current event. My grading system is daily work count once, test count twice. Major project grades count as 2 test grades. Most work is done in class. The student is responsible to check with me when work is missed. My goal is for all my students to have a successful school year in my class. Please feel free to contact me any time needed. My conference periods are A day 3rd period and B day 6th period.
