Story's SSI

Story Elementary's Student Success Lab (formerly known as Content Mastery - CMC) provides student learners support within a focused, small group setting. Our interventions are guided by the Allen ISD Student Success Initiative...a comprehensive plan that works to provide every child with the support and interventions needed for their academic success.

Students are identified to receive SSI (Student Success Initiative) support through assesment scores and teacher recommendation. Small group instruction is provided in the areas of Math and Reading.

Our goal is to provide our students with the skills they need to be confident in all of their academic areas. We work to implement state and district expectations regarding student instructional interventions, and we support our classroom teachers in their efforts to make our students the best that they can be! As a team we will meet the goals that engages and fosters continous movement of academic success.
