Welcome to fourth grade! I am so excited to be here for my sixth year at Kerr. I moved around a lot when I was very young, but I spent my childhood from fourth grade on in Houston. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Austin, receiving a BS in Applied Learning and Development, with an English minor and a reading specialization. Since then, I have taught fourth, second, and first grades, and I also spent several years as the Center Director of the Waco Sylvan Learning Center. When not at school, I love spending time with my husband, Jonathan, my daughter, Rachel, and our crazy Australian Shepherd, Bandit. I also enjoy reading, shopping, movies, and travel.
