I am thrilled to be part of the Vaughan Elementary family. I graduated from Allen High School when Max O. Vaughan was the principal. I find it a great honor to be an administrator in the school that bears his name.
I received my bachelors and masters degrees from the University of North Texas. I have been in education for thirty years, all within the Allen ISD.
I have been married to my husband, Joe, for twenty-seven years. He is the assistant principal at Curtis Middle School. We have two wonderful children, Chelsea 23 and Chance 20. I enjoy listening to my daughter sing, watching my son in sporting events, going to the movies, traveling to the mountains, and learning new things on the computer.
As the interim principal, I am committed to providing the time, attention, and resources needed to ensure the success and safety of all students, staff and faculty of Vaughan Elementary.
