Fifth Graders, welcome to the 2008-2009 school year. I am very excited to be here, as I am sure many of you students are excited to FINALLY have a male teacher. This is my third year teaching here at Anderson, however, I do have several years of teaching experience in Los Angeles, California, which is where I am originally from. I lived in L.A. most of my life and earned a B.A. in Psychology out of UCLA....Go Bruins!! Three straight Final Fours in Basketball!!!! I moved to Allen 4 years ago with my wife and son, who currently attends Vaughan Elementary. We absolutely love it here and we miss only the family members left behind and of course the weather.
Most of my teaching experience has been at the High School level, but I have very much enjoyed working with a younger, more enthusiastic group of students. I challenge each of my student's to have a successful, productive and exciting year. I know I will!
