Advanced Reading 7 is designed to provide students with an opportunity to read with competence, confidence, and understanding. Students will study the short story, novel, and nonfiction, including the study of current events publications and both printed and on-line media. Fostering an appreciation of reading for pleasure is a major goal of this course. Students in English 7 Advanced are required to take this course.
