Homework Club

Ford Middle School has an on-going a program which began during the 2004-2005 school year called Homework Club.  The program has been successful in helping students who have difficulty submitting homework to teachers on time.

Students are given an opportunity to attend Homework Club to make up assignments that were not turned in on time.  This reduces the number of students not turning in homework.  In fact, Homework Club is set up to build students’ ability and awareness regarding completing assignments in a timely fashion.

Homework Club is offered each week, Monday through Friday, from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.  Bus transportation is available to any student who attends Homework Club.  However, there are only six drop-off locations.  They are as follows:  Vaughan Elementary, Brookside, Bolin Elementary, Joe Farmer Recreation Center, Story Elementary, and Rountree Elementary.
