Dear Parents/Guardians:

Ford Middle School has a program, called Homework Club, which helps students who have difficulty submitting homework to teachers. 

Students are given an opportunity to attend Homework Club to make up assignments that were not turned in on time.  This takes away students not turning in homework.  In fact, Homework Club is set up to build students’ ability/awareness regarding completing assignments in a timely fashion. 

Homework Club is offered each week, Monday through Friday, from 7:20 am - 8:20 am and from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm.  Afternoon bus transportation is available to any student who attends Homework Club.  However, there are only six drop-off locations.  They are as follows:  Vaughan Elementary, Brookside, Bolin Elementary, Joe Farmer Recreation Center, Story Elementary, and Rountree Elementary.

* If your choice is Homework Club, you will be notified of the Homework Club assignment by phone or by e-mail.

**If you choose not to have your student attend Homework Club, your child will be assigned to In-school suspension to make up the missing assignment(s).

Please note if your child is assigned Homework Club and does not attend, you will be notified by an administrator and either ISS will be assigned or a reschedule of the Homework Club will be assigned.
