1. No Cheating!!! Violators will be prosecuted.

2. Show ALL work or you receive NO credit.

3. Work all assignments in pencil and grade all assignments in pen. If you choose to not follow the directions, you will receive an automatic zero. It may be redone and turned in the same day for a maximum of 70%.

4. Always label units if units are given, or points may be deducted.

5. If a problem is written in fractions then the problem MUST be answered in fractions. If a problem is written in decimals then the problem MUST be answered in decimals (unless the answer is a whole number).

6. Homework assignments are always due the following school day unless told otherwise. Late papers can be turned in one day late and will receive a 30 point deduction, and Homework Club may be assigned.

Math Divider- Front pocket is to be used for completed homework assignments to be turned in the following day. Back pocket is to be used for work in progress. (Example: homework not finished or projects!)

Spiral Notebook- All notes and examples are to be written in your spiral. These can be written in ink or pencil, since you will not turn them in to the teacher. An open notebook quiz will be given every few weeks, so be sure to write down everything the teacher writes down, including date and objective!! Some students like to do their homework in their spiral also too keep concepts together in one place.

Additional Sections- You will need to separate your math section into tests and quizzes and graded homework assignments. These should be kept for the entire six-weeks in order to study from or in case a grading discrepancy occurs. Also, any daily assignment or quiz may be corrected and returned, with all work shown, for additional credit given. You may come to tutoring or get help from a support person at home to accomplish this.
