How to Use the Library

The library is open to classes for research and for checking out books during the school day.  Students may also use the library before school and after school until 4:30 (4:00 on Friday) when the librarian doesn't have to be in a meeting or be on dutty.

In addition to research and checking out books, the library is also the place where students have their IDs made.  Computers are available in the library for research and locating books.

Library

Twice a year the Library sponsors a book fair.   English and reading teachers bring their classes to shop for books, posters, and other "cool stuff".  Students are also welcome at the Book Fair before and after school.  Parent volunteers help Mrs. Screen supervise and collect money.   The profit from this event is used to buy more books and equipment for the library.

Students are encouraged to return their books when they are due.  A fine will be collected if their books are overdue.
