Registration for the 2009 - 2010 School Year can be done at the Allen
ISD Administration Building beginning June 15th. Enrollment packets may
be picked up during normal business hours, but you must schedule an
appointment to turn in your enrollment packet and complete enrollment.
Please call 972-727-0511 to find out more details and schedule your
registration appointment time.
Registration is by appointment time only and walk-in Registrations will
NOT be accepted.

Athletics Department
Dear Parents:
In Accordance with
Allen ISD policy and the University Interscholastic League all students,
grades 7-12, planning to participate in UIL sponsored athletics for the
2009-2010 school year are required to have a pre-participation physical
exam completed and signed by a Physician (MD/DO), Physician Assistant,
and or Nurse Practitioner. The physical exam form must be on file with
the Allen Independent School District prior to practice or competition.
The following High School sports are required to turn in forms
prior to the start of school; HS Volleyball and Cross Country - August 3rd,
HS Football August -10th. For
all athletes grade 7-12 the completed pre-participation physical exam
packet must be returned to your coach on the first day of school. Please
do not return the packet to the athletic office or school office.
The
Pre-participation physical exams will be made available to all Allen ISD
athletes’ grades 7-12, Monday, June 1st from 6pm – 9pm at the
Allen ISD Activity Complex located at 301 Rivercrest Blvd. There will be
a $15 charge for the exam. The pre-participation physical exam
forms can be downloaded from the Allen ISD web site www.allenisd.org
(Select Parents, Select Athletics, Trainer’s Corner, Download Forms).
Forms will also be made available at the Allen ISD Activity Complex the
day of the exams. If you are unable to make this date, you may see
your Family Physician, Prima Care, and/or Care Now.

Free Immunizations
The Care Van, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, Plano
Children's Medical Clinic, and First Baptist Church of Plano will
provide free childhood immunizations on August 15, 2009 at First Baptist
Church of Plano 9a-12pm.
All required and recommended childhood immunizations will be
provided. Parents/Guardians must be present. An immunization record must
be presented for service.
