Hi! My name is Brenda Penner. This is my 29th year of teaching and my thirteenth year at Bolin. I am very happy to be a part of this wonderful district and be able to serve the community in which I live.
I will be teaching writing, spelling, and social studies to your child this year. Mrs. Heisler and Miss Daniels are my partners, so your child will actually be rotating between the 3 of us! (Mrs. Heisler will teach math and science, and Miss Daniels will teach reading .)
My interest in education dates back many years. I graduated as class valedictorian from Broken Arrow High School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Then I attended the University of Tulsa and graduated with honors. My first four years of teaching were spent in Oklahoma. After that, I taught in Greenville and Princeton, Texas.
My family and I truly enjoy being part of Allen and Allen ISD. I look forward to enjoying this great year with your child!
