Welcome to 8th Grade Math!
We are pleased that you are visiting us, the following information is for the department as a whole. If you would like further information for each teacher please click on their name at the bottom of this page and it will direct you to their class website.
As a department we offer tutoring daily both in the mornings and in the afternoons. CLICK HERE for the department tutoring schedule. We ask that the students attend tutoring with the teachers that are scheduled on each day or talk to their teacher for an appointment.
At FMS we have common planning times within the department. All 8th Grade math teachers are on conference from 2:40-3:30. The rest of the time we are in class, so if you call make sure to have the front office direct you to the appropriate extension to leave a detailed message for your child's teacher.

We also have common assignments for each course that we offer. To the left under 8th Grade, you will find links for our assignment calendars in each course. Please note that as a team we make these calendars months in advance so occasionally the assignment and/or test dates may change. Please look at your child's weekly agenda or the class website.
