Curtis Middle School PTA

Curtis PTA needs your support by becoming a PTA member. By joining PTA you are not committing to volunteer – you are simply showing your support of the Curtis MS student body and staff. Your paid membership helps CMS PTA provide programs, activities, and projects that enrich your child’s education.

Please help us to continue providing support to the students and staff by becoming a member. The PTA membership form can be printed from the form below. Please print out a copy and turn it into the CMS Office with your payment.

You will also notice on the form that there is a place for you to make a donation to the Curtis PTA. Our goal of doing a parent donation drive (where 100% of the donation goes to supporting the PTA sponsored events) is to make it unnecessary to do any fundraisers throughout the year where we ask you to sell “stuff”. If you are able to give an additional amount as a donation to PTA we would greatly appreciate it. Again, 100% of your donation goes to PTA sponsored events/activities for the student body and staff.
