Withdrawing from Lowery Freshman Center during the Summer
 
If you are withdrawing a student over the summer, please complete the No-Show Summer Withdrawal Form and return, fax, or mail to:

If your student is going to Home School, also complete and return the Allen ISD Home Schooling Assurance Form.

Withdrawing from Lowery Freshman Center during the School Year

 

During the school year, a completed official withdrawal form is required in order to enroll in a new school.
 
An appointment with the Registrar is required to withdraw a student.  During the withdrawal appointment the necessary paperwork can be completed and the return of textbooks, library materials, uniforms and other AISD materials.
 
An authorized parent/guardian must be present for student withdrawals.
 
Please print a copy of the Forwarding Address Form and provide the name, address, and phone number of the new school and the new residence.
 
When withdrawing during the school year, student records requests may be faxed to 214-495-6732.  Requests should be initiated by the receiving school. Texas schools can also initiate requests through electronic exchange using T-Rex.
