Allen ISD is proud to announce that the district Web site allenisd.org, redesigned in December 2004, has received three prestigious awards.  Most notably, the AISD site recently earned the Award of Excellence from the National School Public Relations Association, recognizing it as one of the best school district Web sites in the nation. Five sites were selected for the Award of Excellence out of 96 total entries.

The national honor came after the site received similar awards at the state level. 
In February 2005, the Texas School Public Relations Association named allenisd.org the best school district Web site in the state of Texas (mid-sized district category).  The site earned the Best in Category and Gold Star awards.
