What Type of Activities Are Offered?
The primary goal of Kids Club is to provide a safe,
healthy, well-supervised, home-like environment for all
children. Children are offered choices wherever possible
to make the program relevant and fun for everyone.
The Kids Club program provides opportunities for the
child to be involved in self-directed activities, large
motor activities in the gymnasium and outside, arts and
crafts projects, field trips, independent reading,
homework time and computers. Many of the Kids Club
activities are planned by the children with guidance
from the program staff. In this way, the program is less
like school and more like home. |
