     Hello! My name is Alma Limon and I am very excited to be a part of the 5th grade team here at Kerr. I am looking forward to a great year of engaged learning!
     
       Here is a little about myself: I was born in Mexico, but moved to Texas and have spent most of my childhood here in Allen. I attended the University of Texas at Dallas and received my teaching certification along with a B.S. in Child Learning/Development and Psychology. WOOOOOSH!
     
        I myself was once a Kerr Comet in my elementary school days. I am very proud and blessed to have the opportunity to teach in the same school and school district that helped me find a great deal of wonderful opportunities in life. Once a Kerr Comet, always a Kerr Comet! 
     
       In my spare time, I enjoy reading, learning to cook, bike riding, watching movies, and taking walks with my husband, my two children - Gabby and Diego, and our sweet dog, Max. 
     
        I can't wait to make this year the best it can be!
