    Welcome to Mrs. Evans' classroom website 
     
     Hello! My name is Allison Evans and I love teaching 2nd grade! We are going to have a wonderful year full of new adventures in learning. This is my 11th year at Olson and my 6th year in second grade. 
      
    A little more about me...

    I graduated from Baylor University and got my Master's degree at UNT. My husband, Kirk and I have been married for 27 years.  Kirk taught science in Allen for 17 years and is now the Facilitator of K-8 Learning at the STEAM Center.  We have two sons, Carter and Jack. Carter is an education major at The University of North Texas and Jack is a senior at Allen High School.  We also have two rescue dogs, Blue and Belle.

    Some of my very favorite things are reading, swimming, and going to the beach.  We also love attending Allen Eagle football games!
