Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year!  I am so excited about being your teacher this year! This will be my 20th year in the classroom.   I have also taught a variety of resource classes in Special Education and 2nd grade. We are going to have a year full of fun, learning, and adventure!  I think you will LOVE 3rd grade!

A little bit about me....I was born and raised in Texas.  I attended Stephen F. Austin State University where I received my Bachelors in Communication Disorders and Masters In Special Education.  While in college, I met my husband Matt.  Matt is the principal at Allen High School  and we have been married for 27 years!  My oldest daughter Kennedy is a 2018 graduate of Allen High School and currently lives in Colorado.  My younger daughter Mallory is a Freshman at Collin College.  When I am not spending time in my classroom with my students, I enjoy reading fiction and mysteries, travelling in our camper with the family around our beautiful country, watching TV and movies with my family.  I also have 2 dogs, Skylar and Charlie.
