Stephanie Ridley: Reading & Language Arts

Being a Cheatham Charger teacher is beyond exciting!  I am a Sam Houston State University graduate.  Go Kats!  Teaching ELAR will allow me the opportunity to inspire students to love learning. My first three years of teaching were with 7th, & 8th graders (ELAR).  I spent nine years teaching 2nd grade in Mexia, Texas.  I enjoy helping students develop independence in academic growth. Knowledge is power and having the ability to gain knowledge independently creates more opportunities for growth. Each child brings a perfectly personalized ability to learn.  My goal is to help each student identify their strengths and grow as an academic.
