My name is Elizabeth Jones. I am the Instructional Math + Science Coach for Boyd Elementary School! I am excited to be a part of the Boyd family and thrilled to teach in the community where I call home.

I have a Masters of Arts in Teaching in Science Education from The University of Texas at Dallas (Richardson, Texas) and a Bachelor of Arts, Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas (Richardson, Texas). 

While not at work, I love being home with my family. I enjoy cooking, baking, watching movies and giggling with my kids - making memories is my favorite. I have two children, a little boy and a little girl. They both love life to the fullest and enjoy adventures in the neighborhood, creating and playing in blanket forts and swimming in the pool. We love to explore and learn about the world around us each day. Growing, exploring and learning brings us all joy! Watching them grow academically and socially as well as synthesize the world around them is a gift as a parent.

I absolutely love working with teachers in Kinder to 6th grade to help kids learn and grow. I look forward to meeting your students as I am in classrooms this year.
