The Boon Environmental Club will host 4 community creek clean-up events per year.  The Environmental Club has adopted the section of the creek and trail from McDermott Drive to Exchange Parkway.  You do not have to go into the creek - there is plenty of area to clean-up along the trail.

Community Creek Clean-up for 2020-2021, Saturday  9am-12:00 pm 

•  Due to Covid-19, all Creek Clean-ups are posponded until further notice

A designated adult MUST attend the clean-up event with their child or group of children. 

What to wear and bring:

• long, old pants
• long-sleeved shirt
• hat
• sunscreen
• bug spray (we will have some to share)
• work gloves (we will have some to share)
• tall mud/rain boots (if you have them and want to work in the creek)
• refillable water bottle

Trash grabbers, some gloves, and trash bags will be provided.
