Student Account Restriction Form
The Student Nutrition Department understands that you may want to place restrictions on your child's spending limits, or restrict specific items from being purchased. Parents who wish to do so must complete an Account Preference form and return the form to the Cafeteria Manager, email to studentnutrition.services@allenisd.org, fax to 214-383-7498 or deliver to the Student Nutrition office at 1451 N. Watters Rd., Allen, TX 75013. Please note that this form is only in effect for the school year in which it was submitted.
