• Tuition Reimbursement Program for Educators

    The AISD Tuition Reimbursement Program for Educators allows AISD staff members to apply for partial reimbursement of tuition toward an advanced degree. The program is offered each fall and spring of the school year and is extended into summer as funds allow. To date, the foundation has contributed over $140,000 to fund tuition reimbursement!

    Foundation board members presented AISD a check for $14,000 to
    support tuition reimbursement during the 2021-22 summer and school year.
     
    To be eligible to apply, a staff member must be currently employed and have taught a minimum of one full school year with the district or been employed one full school year with the district.
    The AISD Human Resource Department distributes applications each semester and develops the application timeline. For more information on applying for tuition reimbursement, contact Alana Chisum, Director of Human Resources.
