The 21-Day Challenge encourages you to make healthier snack choices for the next 21 days. Every day, prepare and eat a healthy snack that contains a fruit or vegetable. Choose a recipe from this year's recipe book, use the Healthy Snack Finder to search the recipe database, or make your own creation.
Registration for this year's challenge kicks off on October 19, 2020, and runs through November 2, 2020.
