     Football Ticket Sales
    o Tickets for home games may be purchased online ONLY using the following link and using a designated ID#. No tickets will be sold to the general public or at the gate. Tickets will be redeemed electronically from the purchaser’s smart device at the gate: 
    o HOME team may only purchase four (4) tickets per participant using participant’s last name (as it is in skyward & case sensitive) + student ID# for home games at Allen ISD MS stadiums. DO NOT PUT AN ID INTO THE PROMO CODE!
    o Children 3 and under are not required to purchase a ticket, but must sit in a parent/guardian’s lap to attend without a ticket.
    o NO PASSES ACCEPTED.
    o Students attending a middle school game must be accompanied by and sit with an adult during the event.
     Football Spectator Guidelines
    o Every other row will be marked off in the bleachers.
    o All spectators are required to wear a mask as outlined by state/local policies.
    o Spectators are expected to observe social distancing policies.
    o All spectators will self-screen for COVID symptoms prior to entering an event.
    o Weather permitting, fans are allowed and encouraged to bring lawn chairs and sit/stand along the outside of the fenced area surrounding the track/field.
    o Spectators are encouraged to show up no earlier than 10-20 minutes prior to their studentathlete playing and encouraged to leave immediately following their student-athlete playing.
    o When feasible, to assist with social distancing, please allow bleachers to begin clearing after a game before entering for the next game.
    o Parents/Guardians are highly encouraged to take their student-athlete with them immediately following each game if possible. (Home & Away)

    We look forward to hosting your team for a contest at one of our Wylie ISD facilities. It is important that you share this information with your players’ parents, who are planning to attend your team’s game at Shaffer Stadium on Tuesday, October 27. Please note the following ticketing information and health and safety guidelines that are in place at all Wylie ISD athletic facilities. 

     

    Tickets for games/contests in Wylie ISD will only be available for purchase online. No tickets will be sold at the game site.  NO PASSES ACCEPTED.

     

    You may purchase tickets beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, October 26.

    On the screen you will see, “Have a passcode?” Your passcode is “mustangparents27

    If for some reason the link does not work properly, you can access the site by going to wylieisd.net, “click” Menu, “click” Athletics, and then “click” Online Ticketing.

    We have a very limited number of tickets available due to the UIL’s COVID-19 Mitigation Guidelines and the limited seating capacity in our football stadiums. Our goal is to be able to provide two (2) tickets to each participant’s family. We regret that we are not able to accommodate additional guests at this time.

    Important COVID Safety Guidelines for Game Spectators

    • All spectators must self-screen for COVID symptoms
    • Spectators should not attend if they have tested positive or had close contact in the past 14 days with someone who has tested positive
    • Masks/face coverings are required to enter and must be worn the entire duration while inside the venue
    • Masks will NOT be provided
    • Social distancing required (at least six feet between family groups) in the stands – Please utilize the seats where “green dots” are placed.”

     

    *Schools not following these guidelines are subject to UIL sanctions including suspension of contests or discontinuation of public access to games by the local DEC/UIL State Executive Committee.

     

    Additional Wylie ISD Facility Guidelines

     

    • No outside food/drink allowed
    • Please arrive only a few minutes prior to your student’s game and then leave the premises immediately after it is completed. This is important as we limit attendance in order to adhere to social-distancing guidelines.

     

    Thank you for your patience and understanding as we strive to provide a great experience for all student athletes involved in these contests while also emphasizing the safety of all others inside our facilities.
