• Fitness Gram 
     
    The Fitness Gram is a comprehensive fitness assessment given to 3rd through 12 graders in the state of Texas. The Fitness Gram's mission is to promote lifelong physical activity among youth.  We start preparing in Kindergarten so that our bodies are training and strong for life!
     
    Ideas to prepare for the Fitness Gram assessment at home:
    1.  Running or walking a mile for time.
    2.  Complete curl ups with correct form and cadence curl up counter
    3.  Practice a 90 degree push up on toes  Push up counter
