    Students will gain valuable experience and develop independence in all areas of daily living through real life interactions and lessons. For example, students will participate in all areas of meal preparation and take away skills they will use in the future.

    The use of adaptive playground equipment would allow students with physical limitations to safely enjoy their time on the playground with their peers.

  • Pay Attention Please!

    Special Education students would be provided with a watch to remind them to stay on task and better focus their attention, without distracting other students. This watch would allow students the opportunity to self-monitor their behavior.

  • MobyMax for Closing the Gap

    MobyMax is an online program that allows students to practice and strengthen their skills in important areas through repetition and practice. Using assessments, activities and games can be customized to target specific areas of improvement.

  • Story Box Alive! Library

    Story boxes would provide students with a way to experience and participate in literacy by using all of their senses to understand the story or concept being presented. Story boxes are a collection of objects related to the story being presented and could enhance the literary experience of students.
