• Vaccination Records are available on line through Skyward.  

    Follow these steps to get your students records.
     
    1)  Must log on to Skyward as Parent. 
    2) On left side, click on Health Info (under Portfolio) 
    3) Go to tab that is Display Options for drop down menu   
    4) Click on Vaccinations at bottom of drop-down menu.

     

    This will be available for the Parent sign on only NOT the Student.
