Welcome to Preston Elementary Library! I'm excited to meet you all. This will be my fifteenth year in AllenISD (twentieth year of teaching) and my fourth year as the librarian for Preston Elementary.I received my Bachelor's degree in Education from Texas A&M University in College Station, and my Master's degree in Library Science from Texas Woman's University.I live in Allen with my husband, Jimmy. I have three kids and one son-in-law...Haley, Hannah, Jack, and (new member) Kyle. Haley is a teacher and is married to Kyle. Hannah goes to Baylor nursing school in Dallas. Jack goes to Tarleton University in Stephenville.My favorite thing to do is read. I love books of all kinds. I think one of the most important things to do at school is to HAVE FUN while learning!
