• Beginning July 5th through July 9th, we will be moving all users to the new format (firstname.lastname).  If your login and email already match the new format, then you will not be affected by these changes.

    Also, passwords will NOT be affected by these changes.

     

     

    Your new login name and email address was communicated to you in a previous email from Technology Services.  If you have forgotten your new login, you can look it up on the Technology webpage https://www.allenisd.org/Page/50031

    After this changeover, you may need to update your username on the following:

     

    If your work email is configured on a mobile device, use one of the following:

    iPhone or iPad

    a)   Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > (select work account) > (account) > then type in your new username (firstname.lastname) and re-enter your password. Select save.

    Android cell phone

    You will need to remove your account. Then create/add it back with your new login credentials.


    a)   To remove your email account: Settings > Accounts > Email > More > Remove account


    b)   To create an email account: Select your mail icon > Inbox > Settings >Add account

    District Google accounts:

    You may need to remove and re-add your district Google account on your mobile device.

    District Wifi:

    Regarding connecting to the network WiFi (AISD-BYOD) on your mobile device (laptop or cell phone), you will need to select forget WiFi network and reconnect.

    When you return to work, please restart your computer/laptop first and then login using your new username.
